Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Lead Clinical Consultant to shape the clinical strategy for Post Go-Live Readiness and to lead the Support Readiness Fundamentals series across sites and events.

You will partner with informatics and healthcare teams to ensure successful EHR go-live, sustainment, and adoption, while guiding project plans and risk management.

The role requires RN or clinical licensure, a health informatics background, and 8+ years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or related field (required).
• RN or clinical licensure (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series, aligning with project objectives and site requirements.
• Provide clinical leadership to site teams for EHR sustainment after go-live.
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues in post-go-live support in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Engage clinical stakeholders including informatics teams, healthcare providers, and leadership for clear communication.
• Drive project plan success by ensuring timely deliverables and addressing clinical considerations.
• Develop strategic informatics plans to ensure smooth transitions during EHR go-live.
• Educate informatics teams on sustainment processes post-implementation.
• Lead rapid process improvement and workflow adoption events for efficiency.
• Assess and improve adoption of new workflows by end users and super users.
