Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Site Project Manager to lead site-specific Readiness and Post-Go-Live activities for EHR implementations. You will manage the project plan, drive informatics readiness, and coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure successful transitions.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare IT/PM, hands-on Oracle Health/Cerner experience, and strong communication skills to guide cross-functional teams through deployment milestones and risk management. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in health informatics, public health, MBA, or PM (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR PM (required).
• Experience managing EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization (strongly preferred).
• Prior hospital/healthcare/VA experience (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage communication between the site and the Oracle Health Readiness Team.
• Drive site-specific project plans and informatics readiness post go-live.
• Present Readiness content and drive local execution of methodologies.
• Coordinate Event Driven methodology with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engagement Management on deployment schedules and events.
• Coordinate and manage site calls and events.
• Track IMS Updates and VISN PM reporting timelines.
• Track MPR timelines for PGL reporting.
• Monitor Readiness Checklist progress.
• Participate in internal scrums with Site Readiness.
• Manage site-specific risks through readiness scrums.
