Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a Lead Clinical Consultant to shape the clinical strategy for Post Go-Live Readiness. You will lead the Support Readiness Fundamentals series and deliver content tailored to each site, guiding onsite and virtual readiness events.

You will collaborate with informatics, nursing and IT leaders to ensure smooth EHR sustainment, identify risks, drive adoption of new workflows, and lead rapid process improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or Business Administration (preferred).
• RN or other clinical licensure (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization (required).
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, system build, implementation, and workflow alignment.
• Proven project management expertise with experience in clinical transformation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for driving adoption and improving clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support Readiness Fundamentals Owner: Lead the design, development, and execution of the Support Readiness Fundamentals series, ensuring it aligns with project objectives and site requirements.
• Site Readiness Leadership: Provide clinical expertise and leadership to site teams for post-go-live EHR sustainment.
• Risk & Issue Identification: Work with the Project Manager to spot, document, and mitigate risks or issues in post-go-live support.
• Clinical Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main clinical liaison among informatics, providers, and leadership.
• Drive Project Plan Success: Ensure project deliverables are completed on time while addressing clinical considerations.
• Strategic Informatics Planning: Develop readiness plans for smooth transitions during EHR go-live.
• Educate on Sustainment Processes: Train informatics teams for ongoing success post-implementation.
• Lead Process Improvement: Facilitate rapid process improvement and workflow adoption events.
• Adoption Support: Assess and improve adoption of new workflows by end users and super users.
