Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Clinical Consultant to collaborate with U.S. federal healthcare customers on integrating EHR capabilities and driving adoption across services. You will translate clinical needs into workflows, manage change, and lead end-to-end deployment efforts with Oracle clinical and technical teams.

The role requires nursing leadership, RN licensure, and extensive HCIT experience, including large-scale EHR implementations. Candidates must be eligible for U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and active RN license.
• At least 8 years of total related experience including 5 years clinical practice.
• At least 1 year clinical consulting or HCIT experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical professional guiding Federal customers through EHR adoption changes.
• Apply consulting skills during events to coordinate workflow adoption.
• Facilitate business process change and redesign.
• Provide change management to ensure organizational readiness and sustainment.
• Partner with stakeholders to support deployment planning, go-live, and optimization.
• Translate clinical needs into workflow and system design to improve quality and safety.
• Support end-user adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and enablement.
• Adhere to security policies and safeguard client assets.
