Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Site Project Manager to lead site-specific Post Go-Live Transition Readiness projects and manage deliverable status reports to clients and internal teams. You will coordinate with client counterparts, advise on expectations, and ensure informatics readiness to assume ownership of EHR support.

Responsibilities include managing communications with the Oracle Health Readiness Team, driving project plans, and coordinating event-driven activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR project management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions (design, build, implementation).
• Experience with EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication between the site and the Oracle Health Readiness Team.
• Drive site-specific project plan and informatics readiness for Post Go-Live.
• Present Readiness Methodology content and drive local execution.
• Coordinate Event Driven methodology with stakeholders for specified site(s).
• Work with Engagement Management on Deployment schedules and events.
• Coordinate and manage all site calls and event executions.
• Track timelines for IMS Updates and PGL events.
• Maintain Readiness Checklist and participate in internal scrums.
