Job summary

Southwestern Health Resources is seeking a Senior Clinical Informatics Business Analyst to drive analytics across clinical data from EHR systems. The role emphasizes identifying data trends, cross-functional collaboration, and translating clinical needs into actionable specifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years progressive healthcare experience including data informatics and analytics.
• 7 years experience with population health management tools and value-based care programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends, anomalies, and unexpected changes in clinical data from EHR systems.
• Translate clinical and business requirements into analytics specifications for IT, vendors, and data-science teams.
• Lead regression testing after changes to connectors, mappings, transformations, measures, dashboards, or configurations.
• Communicate data limitations, risks, findings, and recommendations clearly to clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
