Alliance Health is seeking a Principal Clinical Informatics Analyst to lead data analytics, reporting, and workflow optimization across clinical operations. The role emphasizes HEDIS measures, NCQA alignment, and data-driven decision support for frontline staff in a primarily remote setting.

The successful candidate will develop dashboards, perform advanced SQL analyses, and collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement scalable reporting solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field and 7 years of healthcare informatics experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field with 5 years of experience.
• Preferred: Master's in Healthcare Informatics; CHISP certification.

• Analyze clinical workflows and collaborate with leadership to identify improvements.
• Lead development and maintenance of process documentation for frontline staff.
