Advocate Health is seeking a data analyst to lead complex healthcare data projects. The role focuses on turning clinical and financial data into actionable insights, with collaborative client interaction and BI reporting.

Requirements include a health-related bachelor’s or nursing degree, 2 years of health data experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time, remote position with a 40-hour workweek and a competitive benefits package.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or RN.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a health-related field.
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred.
• Experience with ECQM and quality metrics is beneficial.

• Directs and executes multiple, concurrent projects with limited supervision.
• Evaluates service requests to clarify business and technical issues with the client.
• Collaborates with the client to understand business needs and project scope.
• Leads ongoing interface with the client to develop analytic approaches.

• Integrates data from multiple sources into a single dataset.
