Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a healthcare data analyst to direct multiple analytic projects, collaborate with clients to define scope, and develop population definitions for analyses. You will build BI reports, educate clients on data concepts, and ensure data from diverse sources is integrated and validated for decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in health data, familiarity with ECQM and quality metrics, and strong data management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in health related field required.
• Experience with healthcare data in a healthcare organization strongly preferred.
• 2 years of ECQM and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directs and executes multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborates with the client to understand business needs and project scope.
• Develops population definitions to meet project needs.
• Creates BI reports and educates clients on data concepts.
• Integrates data from multiple sources into a single dataset.
• Reviews and validates complex datasets for projects.
