Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to support Vault CDMS in a role open to remote work from the EU or UK. You will guide customers, configure data management, and coordinate with data providers to ensure trial success.

The position emphasizes strong programming and data skills in EDC, with collaboration from sponsors, CROs, and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with EDC clinical software and end-to-end data management.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and data collection workflows.
• Experience in a customer-facing software professional services role.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to customers and sites, configure trial designs to meet goals.
• Interpret protocol requirements and project specs, applying best practices.
• Lead database development activities per project plan with sponsor and CRO teams.
• Coordinate with data providers to configure data transfers.
• Configure Vault CDMS forms and rules; build SQL-based listings for data cleaning.
• Execute on-site or remote user acceptance testing and manage feedback.
• Support requirements gathering and go-live activities.
• Flag risks and create contingency plans to keep projects compliant.
• Contribute to process and product initiatives and support developers.
• Share data management feedback with the Vault CDMS product team.
• Configure and support data imports into Veeva DQS.
