Job summary

Lake Superior Community Health Center seeks an Operations Director to provide leadership for the development, design, operation and improvement of clinic systems and services across LSCHC sites. You will oversee medical, dental, behavioral health, and chiropractic operations to ensure efficient, high-quality care.

The role includes developing operating support systems, managing resources and budget, driving performance improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with practice management and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve on senior leadership and represent LSCHC at meetings.
• Supervise clinic managers and support staff.
• Travel locally and regionally; may require evenings/weekends.
