Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking an Associate Practice Manager to lead operations at a single primary care clinic. You will supervise a multi-disciplinary team of 15+ staff, drive patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly daily by coordinating staffing, training, and workflows.

Reporting to the Lead Director or Executive Director, you will implement in-clinic initiatives, manage scheduling, support facility needs, and monitor performance metrics to optimize care

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, with occasional evenings.
• Proficient PC skills.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise a multi-disciplinary team of 15+ staff.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and safely daily.
• Provide unmatched patient experience and service recovery as needed.
• Lead the implementation of in-clinic operational initiatives and workflows.
• Oversee patient scheduling and center facilities coordination.
• Monitor tasks and workflows using the clinic’s software and EMR.
