Job summary

HealthLinc is seeking a Clinic Administrator to lead and coordinate staff across outpatient operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires 5–10 years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor's in health care administration, and strong organizational and communication skills. Master’s degree is preferred. A flexible schedule and valid driver’s license are needed to support operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field required.
  • Master's degree in health care is preferred but not required.
  • 5–10 years of progressive supervisory experience in outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and coordinates personnel actions including recruiting, directing, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensures continuous service by understanding supports staff roles and coverage across practice areas.
  • Reviews operational procedures with the COO to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Plans monthly staff meetings and prepares agendas to drive accountability.
  • Coordinates with Finance on billing issues and maintains budget processes.
  • Addresses patient concerns and documents corrective actions.
  • Oversees scheduling of clinical staff, including after-hours call coverage.
  • Promotes professional appearance, knowledge, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Provides leadership, conflict resolution, and team motivation to meet goals.
