Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or higher required.
• Five years of leadership experience in the discipline would demonstrate required knowledge and abilities; or minimum of three years leadership with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations, overseeing patient care, staffing, scheduling, workflows, and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff through hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, control expenses, and allocate resources to meet operational and fiscal objectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, infection prevention, safety protocols, and quality assurance programs.
• Drive continuous quality improvement by analyzing performance, implementing process improvements, resolving patient concerns, and leading clinic and system-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and external partners to support strategic planning, enhance patient satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals.
