Job summary

Humana seeks an Associate Operations Director to lead Senior Focused Primary Care clinical operations across multiple centers. The role requires strategic leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for patient care to drive quality and growth.

You will oversee staffing, performance, and value-based care implementation, collaborating with medical leadership to optimize outcomes and align with company initiatives. This is an on-site leadership role in multiple centers within a market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinical operations and financial management, including P&L responsibilities.
• Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing KPIs such as Membership, Retention, Patient Engagement, Access, Scheduling, and more.
• Experience with data analytics, scorecards, cost & utilizations, HCC coding, and NPS Scores.
• Experience supervising operational staff and guiding performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of 5–10 centers within a market.
• Oversee staffing plans and change management.
• Collaborate with clinical dyad to achieve patient outcomes and company initiatives.
• Manage revenue/expenses and drive growth in the market.
• Ensure VBC principles and compliance across centers.
• Represent the center in community and provider engagement activities.
