Massage Envy in Atlanta is seeking energetic team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and promote Total Body Care. You will educate clients, schedule services, and support daily clinic operations while building repeat business for the location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services, sell Wellness Program, and promote homecare products.
• Manage clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
