Responsabilidades

• Monitor debit and credit activity on client accounts.
• Post charges and review accounts receivable transactions.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints related to institutional billing.
• Perform order entry, registration, and clerical duties.
• Train clerical staff in patient registration and reporting tasks.
• Assist with insurance verification, statistics recording, and updating patient accounts.
• Schedule patient appointments, answer phones, and inform patients of benefits.
