Responsibilities

• Monitor debit and credit of client accounts.
• Post transactions and review billing activities in the accounts receivable system.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints about institutional billing transactions.
• Perform order entry, registration, and other clerical duties.
• Train clerical staff in proper registration and printing of patient reports.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, answer phones, and explain patient benefits.
