Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor debit and credit of client accounts.
• Post charges to accounts receivable system.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints on billing transactions.
• Perform order entry, registration, and other clerical duties.
• Train clerical staff in registration and printing of patient reports.
• Other clerical duties including insurance verification and updating patient accounts.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, answer phones, and inform patients of benefits.
