Tapestry, Inc. seeks a skilled Client Platform Engineer to join our global End User Computing team.

This mid-senior role focuses on implementing and operating endpoint solutions across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, and Windows 11 using Intune and Jamf, supporting physical devices and virtual endpoints with scalable automation. Key responsibilities include provisioning, fleet management, compliance, and collaboration with IAM, SRE, and M365 teams to ensure secure, high‑quality user experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or support across enterprise client platforms.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Intune across Windows 11 and Android.
• Experience with Jamf Pro for iOS/iPadOS/macOS management.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, implement, and maintain endpoint management across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, Windows 11 using Intune and Jamf.
• Design and operate modern provisioning approaches (Zero Touch, Autopilot, ADE, Android enrollment).
• Administer Jamf and Intune for fleet management: profiles, restrictions, inventory, compliance, automation.
• Ensure device compliance with CIS, PCI DSS, and other frameworks.
• Collaborate with IAM, SRE, and M365 teams on identity and access configurations.
• Support OS/firmware update strategies (Autopatch, Windows Update).
• Guide operational documentation and SOPs for multi‑platform endpoint management.
