Job summary

Octus is seeking a Senior Client Support Specialist to back the Sky Road Product Suite, ensuring smooth client trade workflows, onboarding of funds, and accurate permission models. The role collaborates with the COO and development teams to standardize processes and maintain layout consistency across Sky Road modules.

The candidate will document workflows, support daily issues, and participate in onboarding new clients and templates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support role within financial services or fintech.
• Familiarity with Trade and Order Management systems or workflows.
• Knowledge of core financial data domains (issuers, instruments, pricing).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to join, pivot, and summarize data.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Sky Road client trade workflows and templates.
• Support client permission models and roles.
• Onboard new client trade workflows, templates, and funds.
• Document client workflows and permission models; ensure layout consistency.
• Collaborate with development and project management teams to onboard clients and test configurations.
