Job summary

First American is seeking a senior customer service professional to support mortgage and insurance clients. You will analyze needs, provide training and documentation, and coordinate with offshore teams to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication. You will lead meetings, contribute to process improvements, test software, and produce client-facing materials while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of directly relevant work experience in mortgage or insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead meetings with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer training and demonstrations; tailor content to customer needs and applications.
• Act as liaison to offshore CS operations and input to policies and procedures.
• Test alpha software and provide customer‑perspective feedback to managers and programmers.
• Analyze customer systems, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate fixes.
• Participate in client meetings addressing escalations at loan, process, and initiative levels.
• Develop client‑facing materials (PowerPoint, documents, spreadsheets, plans).
• Report regularly on team activities and coordinate cross‑functional meetings.
