Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of directly relevant work experience, mortgage or insurance industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer needs and issues to provide effective solutions.
• Perform trend analysis and communicate market conditions to improve processes.
• Deliver training and product demonstrations to clients at their sites.
• Support sales teams with customer sign-ups, pricing, and contracts where needed.
