CVS Health is seeking an organized operations professional to support health plan accounts. You will guide client journeys, document meetings, and track action items across multiple teams while ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

The role focuses on detailed meeting coordination, data handling in Excel and Google Sheets, and delivering exceptional client experience in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, client support, or administrative account coordination.
• 2–4 years of stakeholder management experience.
• Direct client-facing experience with clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for organization and tracking.
• Familiarity with project management tools from At least Asana/Jira/Confluence/PowerBI.
• Proven track record in meeting administration (agendas, minutes, action tracking).
• Strong organizational skills for cross-team coordination in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to explain operational processes and seek clarification when needed.
• Experience reviewing and organizing data with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and operational owner for member journey processes and client collateral.
• Own end-to-end meeting documentation for client-facing calls and internal syncs.
• Capture and track items and deliverables from client meetings and emails.
• Coordinate ad-hoc client inquiries and gather information across teams.
• Manage intake, routing, and client-facing resolution of member grievances.
• Partner with internal teams to maintain alignment on account priorities.
• Document client nuances in profiles, records, and tracking sheets.
• Provide backup coverage for senior client roles as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for smaller accounts.
