Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for an account support role within our health plan client operations team. You will work with the Client Success Executive and COO to ensure seamless operational execution, manage meeting cadences, capture key deliverables, and maintain proactive client communications across assigned accounts.

The role emphasizes SME-level knowledge of member journey processes, end-to-end meeting documentation, and strong collaboration across internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in operations, client support, or administrative account coordination.
• 2 to 4 years stakeholder management.
• Direct client-facing experience with a focus on clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel for organization and tracking.
• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI- user level not developer).
• Proven track record in meeting administration across internal and external calls (agenda preparation, detailed notetaking, and action item tracking).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams to resolve client requests.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME and operational owner for member journey processes and client collateral, guiding clients through process requirements, implementing updates, resolving inquiries, tracking action items.
• Own end-to-end meeting documentation for client calls and internal syncs, including agendas, decks, minutes, and action tracking.
• Capture, document, and track open items and deliverables from client meetings and emails.
• Manage routine ad-hoc client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to provide timely responses.
• Coordinate intake, routing, and client-facing resolution of member grievances.
• Partner with Production, Business Analysts, Data Relationship Managers to keep workflows moving and align priorities.
• Document client nuances in profiles, account records, and tracking sheets.
• Serve as backup for Client Success Manager/Executive or COO as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for smaller accounts or lines of business.
