Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive value for key storage clients through strategic partnership, onboarding, and ongoing account optimization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client feedback into product requirements, manage executive-level updates, and ensure high retention and satisfaction. A strong background in SaaS and account management is essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience with SaaS and storage industry solutions, with a deep understanding of operational reporting and improvements.
• Project management experience, with the ability to lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives.
• Ability to travel as required to Client sites and company locations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and overall satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align with their business goals and drive account customization.
• Secure executive visibility into business results and strategic initiatives.
