Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager (CSM) in the United States (Nevada) to drive adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction for our storage solutions. You will lead onboarding, configure accounts with precision, and collaborate across product and engineering to translate client needs into actionable roadmaps.

The role requires 7+ years in client success or related roles in SaaS, with strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable leading large group presentations and product demonstrations.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong client empathy with focus on client success and relationship building.
• Proven ability to partner with clients to translate challenges into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and the ability to lead operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Storable's key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align with their business goals and manage account customization.
• Secure executive visibility into business results and strategic initiatives.
• Identify patterns in client usage to improve product adoption.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements with product/engineering teams.
• Share strategic insights and best practices across the Client Success organization.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
• Facilitate client business reviews to ensure alignment and success.
• Communicate client health and elevate at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients for smooth execution of initiatives.
