Job summary

Counsel Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to own the full post-sale relationship, from implementation through renewal and expansion.

For the first 6–12 months the work is hands-on, running implementations, managing launches, and building the delivery process from the ground up. As the portfolio matures, the role shifts to executive account leadership, adoption strategy, and the post-launch operating model, including quarterly business reviews with health plan executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client delivery or client success in healthcare or health tech.
• Enterprise client relationships at executive level, including QBRs/renewals.
• Led complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with a plan.
• Managed portfolios across lifecycle with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive active implementations from sales handoff through go-live and kickoff to launch.
• Surface risks, propose fixes, and hold teams to timelines.
• Track adoption and engagement; recommend actions to raise engagement.
• Lead executive relationships for named accounts and run QBRs.
• Protect account health and monitor outcomes across the portfolio.
• Lead renewal and expansion conversations; plan at contract signature.
