Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction across our storage solutions. You will lead onboarding, tailor account plans, and work with product and engineering to translate client feedback into requirements.

The role requires strong presentation and relationship-building skills, plus the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences and travel as needed.

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive adoption and renewals.
• Collaborate on onboarding plans customized per client.
• Configure client accounts with high accuracy with Implementation.

• Secure executive visibility into business results and initiatives.
• Identify usage patterns to improve product adoption.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Share insights across the Client Success org.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions and progress.
• Lead client business review meetings to ensure success.
• Communicate client health and elevate at-risk accounts.
• Provide feedback to peers and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients for smooth execution.
