Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive value for key storage clients and align client objectives with Storable's solutions, boosting retention and satisfaction.

You will lead onboarding, configure accounts with Implementation, manage executive visibility, and collaborate with product and engineering to translate feedback into product requirements. Travel to client sites will be required. This is a fully distributed role across the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS and storage industry solutions; strong operational reporting skills.
• Project management experience with large-scale initiatives.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with accuracy with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align with business goals.
• Provide executive visibility into business results and initiatives.
• Identify patterns in client usage to improve adoption and effectiveness.
• Translate client feedback into product requirements with product/engineering teams.
• Share best practices across Client Success and broader organization.
• Use CRM to track interactions and progress.
• Lead client business reviews and manage client health.
• Provide constructive feedback to teammates and stakeholders.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients for communication and execution.
