Job summary

Papa, Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager of Client Success to own the success, retention, and growth of a portfolio of health plan clients. You will manage end-to-end client outcomes, collaborating with Operations, Product, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive value.

The role requires presenting to senior stakeholders, analyzing performance data, and delivering actionable solutions to expand relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client success, account management, partnerships, consulting, strategy, operations, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and delivering business results.
• Strong problem-solving & analytical reasoning with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of health plan clients and serve as primary relationship owner.
• Understand client goals, terms, performance, and growth opportunities; ensure retention and growth.
• Lead executive business reviews, performance discussions, and client communications.
