Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking aSenior Customer Success/Account Manager to manage a portfolio of health plan accounts for a fertility and family care platform. You will be the main contact for account, product, and clinical stakeholders, driving retention and member engagement.

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience with external customers in health plans or healthcare benefits, strong communication, and familiarity with payer operations. Remote role with some travel for meetings across the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 6+ years of experience with external customers in customer success, account management, or client services.
• Experience with health plans, payers, or healthcare benefits.
• Strong communication and multi-stakeholder relationship management.
• Familiarity with payer operations.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of health plan accounts for a fertility and family care platform.
• Serve as the main contact for account, product, and clinical stakeholders.
• Drive retention and boost member engagement.
• Present program outcomes and cost-savings data through executive-ready reporting to payer organizations.
• Conduct business reviews with payer organizations.
• Occasional travel for customer meetings may be involved.
