RapidScale is seeking a Customer Success Manager II to manage a portfolio of customers and ensure successful adoption of RapidScale solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role partners with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to maximize value, drive renewals, and support long-term growth with a focus on measurable outcomes and proactive relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years' experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management in B2B tech.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and serve as the primary Customer Success contact.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and health to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Consulting, Engineering, and Support.
• Support renewal activities and identify opportunities for expansion.
