Papa is seeking a Senior Manager of Client Success to own the success, retention, and growth of a portfolio of health plan clients. This highly client-facing role requires collaboration with operations, analytics, and product teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The Director will lead executive reviews, address performance gaps, and drive cross-functional solutions to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client success, account management, partnerships, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and delivering strong business results.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
• Emotional intelligence and stakeholder management to align cross-functional teams.
• Ability to switch between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven multi-project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the success, retention, and growth of a portfolio of health plan clients.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and create plans to address gaps.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Analytics, and other teams.
• Use data to evaluate client performance and inform recommendations.
• Drive expansion opportunities through additional services or programs.
