Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy teams in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or shopper marketing environment.
• Ability to translate client business goals into actionable media and campaign strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Client Strategy professionals.
• Translate client business goals into actionable media, audience, shopper, and campaign strategies.
• Oversee development of client-facing strategies, proposals, and recommendations.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success in pre-sale planning and growth opportunities.
• Provide hands-on strategic guidance for high-priority opportunities.
• Ensure client-facing materials are insight-driven, strategically differentiated, and visually compelling.
