J.P. Morgan is seeking a Client Solutions Senior Associate in Trade & Working Capital within the Product Solutions Delivery team to help architect comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges.

The role involves collaborating with technical and distribution teams, managing registrations, and guiding end-to-end implementation to support revenue growth while maintaining rigorous controls.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the technical design of products or technology applications.
• 3+ years of experience in a related role.
• Experience in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Ability to communicate across all levels and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Field product queries from client team and coordinate with technical roles.
• Manage MLA and insurance registrations and certifications for Sales/Working Capital and Core Trade.
• Oversee setup, implementation, and post-close admin of distribution/participation transactions.
• Lead collaboration with Distribution to support revenue growth.
• Support successful implementation and post-close administration and risk participation of Trade & Working Capital products.
• Ensure implementation adheres to SOPs for booking system setup and post-close administration.
• Ensure adherence to controls to minimize operational risk and identify risk areas.
