Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate within Trade & Working Capital to support the PSD team in architecting complex client solutions. You will translate client needs into scalable, technical designs and partner with product, origination, and technology to deliver value.

You'll lead implementation meetings, manage end-to-end setup and post-close activities, and produce metrics while upholding risk controls and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cross-product experience across a broad set of related products.

As a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Trade & Working Capital within Product Solutions Delivery (PSD) team, you contribute significantly to a team that innovates and supports the sales process in architecting comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Draw on client feedback and support the channeling, modification, and technical design and adaptation of large-scale solutions.

Job responsibilities

• Manage setup, implementation, and post close management of transactions related to Trade and Working Capital products
• Work in collaboration with Product and Origination teams on structures
• Lead implementation meetings with clients ensuring all requirements are gathered translated into a smooth implementation
• Manage the overall implementation process ensuring the team adhere to Standard Operating Procedure requirements when managing the booking system set-up and post close administration of the transactions
• Produce all necessary metrics for external/internal reporting.
• Ensure adherence to all transactional control conditions established to minimize operational risk and to be able to identify areas where such risks may develop where transactional controls may need to be developed or adjusted as business needs require.
• Ensure seamless client engagement and risk and controls management
• Executes the configuration and modification of the firm’s existing products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
• Develops training and collateral to support the Sales team
• Oversees the aggregation and analysis of relevant client and market data to support the Solutions team in delivering impactful solutions
• Engages with technical roles on the client team to field and answer product queries

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products
• Proficient technical knowledge of the cluster of products and exposure to the sales cycle
• Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
• Experience supporting the technical design of products or technology applications
• Proven leadership skills and an ability to work in a global team environment, across multiple disciplines and locations
• Ability to multitask within the broader scope of the PSD team, managing work flow and capacity across the team to ensure timely execution of new deals, as time to revenue is a key performance indicator
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across the organization at any level, as well as with clients as and when required
• Proficiency in customized data analytics, advanced working knowledge of Excel (macros, pivots, and graphs) and PowerPoint applications
