Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Client Success Senior Associate within Commercial & Investment Bank to support bankers and treasury teams, delivering superior client experiences. You will coordinate product implementations, manage escalations, and drive relationship reviews for both existing and newly onboarded clients across the country.

You will partner with Risk, KYC, and data teams to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals, while guiding cross-functional teams to meet service and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of equivalent work in operations, client services or sales support.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Products and Services.
• Proven client interaction skills and ability to calibrate expectations.
• Proven proficiency in resolving client issues and mobilizing internal resources.
• Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and engage with all levels.
• MS Office proficiency including Project, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to strategic client reviews and long-term planning with Banking and Sales for growth.
• Manage and resolve client escalations and issues.
• Coordinate product implementations and service-related needs.
• Assist in relationship reviews and create data visualizations from datasets.
• Maintain ongoing relationship management routines.
• Lead project meetings for large client implementations and migrations.
• Work with Risk partners on risk management elements including fraud prevention.
• Coordinate with KYC, Client Data Management, and onboarding for new clients.
• Support onboarding and periodic client renewals with bankers and ops partners.
