Qualifications

• 3+ years in trade finance, supply chain, payments, fintech or related financial services.
• Working knowledge of product configurations, system capabilities, integrations and data flows.
• Experience directly with clients or client-facing discussions, workshops or product demonstrations.
• Ability to use AI/automation tools to support analysis, documentation and execution.
• Experience supporting technology-enabled products or implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project-management discipline with milestones, actions, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Trade & Working Capital solutions aligned with platform capabilities.
• Gather and document client business, operational and technology requirements.
• Participate in discovery sessions, solution workshops, and product demonstrations to show value.
• Develop and maintain technical implementation plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
• Apply AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, identify patterns, improve documentation, and streamline solution development.
• Prepare solution documentation, meeting materials, status updates and implementation artifacts.
• Convert client feedback into actionable product enhancements and priority items.
• Contribute to reusable solution materials, implementation standards and team knowledge resources.
