Qualifications

• 8+ years in Trade Finance or related fields with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and execute complex working capital transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Receivables Finance and structured working capital solutions.
• Experience managing senior client relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and CPOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Structured Working Capital Sales for Commercial Banking across origination, pipeline development, client acquisition, portfolio growth and execution.
• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals with accountability for origination and revenue growth.
• Originate and structure complex working capital transactions across Receivables Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Inventory Finance, and related solutions.
• Advise on complex structured and off-balance-sheet financing opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement the Structured Working Capital strategy including client targeting and go-to-market execution.
• Serve as senior touchpoint for key Commercial Banking clients to translate challenges into financing solutions.
• Originate new business and craft strategic financing ideas for CFOs, Treasurers, and CPOs.
• Build a sustainable book of business through new client acquisition and disciplined portfolio management.
