Job summary

The Family Practice for Pets is seeking a Senior Client Services Representative to lead client relationships and serve as the primary contact for clients across our veterinary services. This role collaborates with multiple teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded, driving satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in veterinary medicine, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Veterinary Medicine, preferably at Technician and/or CSR positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and other client management tools.

Responsibilities
