Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in account management.
• 5+ years experience in a management position preferred.
• Proven ability to utilize the DASH platform required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client.
• Coordinate internal projects and optimize resource use to boost execution and satisfaction.
• Encourage revenue growth by proposing additional services to clients.
• Be the reliable point of contact to build strong business relationships.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and impact.
• Attend business reviews to identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain internal relationships to maximize field execution.
