The ideal candidate blends strong technical skills with business acumen, guides analytics strategy, and mentors analysts to build scalable analytics capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 5+ years of experience using SQL for large-scale data manipulation.
• 5+ years analytics experience with cross-functional partners.
• Proven ability to design KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic analytics advisor to senior leaders.
• Define analytics objectives with business owners and co-create KPIs.
• Develop and oversee analytical plans addressing high-priority questions.
• Synthesize data across domains to identify enterprise-wide patterns.
• Collaborate with Technology to enhance BI and analytics platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-impact insights.
