Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport with store associates, educate staff on client brands, and perform resets, displays, and projects with accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and strong execution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands
• Execute tasks, projects, resets and displays with accuracy following instructions
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations
• Merchandising and execution of assigned projects to maintain aesthetics
• Know and follow company policies
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to the Territory Sales Lead
• Use handheld device functions confidently
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information
