Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services seeks a Senior Client Services Supervisor in Walton, KY to lead the Client Services Team and manage key accounts, establishing strong client relations with operations to ensure service excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or high school diploma with experience, 2–4 years in client services, supervisory exp in a warehouse, and proficiency in MS Office; Softeon WMS familiarity and ecommerce experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in client services or account management role.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Services team to meet strategic goals and service levels.
• Manage relationships with clients, set expectations, and coordinate with operations.
• Develop and implement reporting and escalation processes; drive process improvements.
