The role requires 4–6 years in facilities maintenance in a warehouse/distribution setting, plus a Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience. Strong leadership, safety focus, and vendor negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive facilities maintenance experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Strong leadership and team supervision of hourly staff.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance workload and workflow across departments.
• Oversees facility maintenance and equipment repairs through vendors.
• Manages MHE fleet and packaging equipment for the location.
• Monitors vendors for savings, bids, and contract compliance.
• Leads safety trainings and ensures MSDS updates.
• Occasional travel as required.
