Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Walton, KY. You will lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse, oversee client supply chain needs, and drive productivity while controlling costs.

You’ll monitor KPIs, promote LEAN methods, and maintain a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a capacity to grow through coaching and cross-training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience with a track record of implementing and managing change.
• Strong listening, collaboration, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while exceeding goals.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and cross-training capabilities.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Support clients with supply chain needs and demands.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and cost-control goals.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and order-fill performance.
• Monitor KPIs and promote LEAN principles and process improvement.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment and conduct performance reviews.
• Coach and mentor associates to enable growth and development.
