Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Senior Client Services Supervisor in the United States (KY/ Walton area) to lead the Client Services team and strengthen client relationships. The role focuses on aligning service delivery with corporate goals and ensuring accurate reporting and billing processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in client services and supervisory experience in a warehouse or eCommerce setting, with proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of parcel shipping

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in client services/account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of small parcel HAZMAT shipping regulations (preferred)
• Softeon WMS experience (a plus)
• Ecommerce industry experience (a plus)
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
• Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and lead the Client Services team to achieve goals that align with Saddle Creek's strategic plan.
• Support client relationships by becoming an extension of our client’s business and maintain regular meetings with clients.
• Represent and collaborate with managers and teams to plan, develop, and implement client policies and procedures.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client experiences and streamline warehouse and call center operations.
• Develop regular service reports for clients showing volumes and service commitments.
• Integrate accounts, procedural changes, and projects; initiate formal project plans for new and current clients.
• Provide support to the Fulfillment Team with processing, issuing, and mailing daily/weekly/monthly reports, billing, and collections.
