Job summary

Proof is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead Western Client Service Operations from the Southfield, MI office or remotely on West Coast hours. You will manage 3–5 Operations Managers and own the operating model, including structure, metrics, decisions, and scalability.

You will enable your team to succeed by setting clear expectations, building scalable processes, and driving multi-quarter improvements. Strong leadership and proven service-operations experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience in high-growth or service-delivery settings.
• Proven track record owning function-level KPIs and driving improvements.
• Excellent executive communication across senior leadership and clients.
• Experience in legal services, service of process, or regulated ops is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–5 Operations Managers in the MI office or remotely on West Coast hours.
• Own the operating model: structure, metrics, decisions, and scalability.
• Ensure SLA, quality, productivity, cost, and retention targets.
• Design service model, escalate, and sponsor for enterprise clients.
• Develop leadership pipeline and calibrate performance across teams.
