Job summary

Proof is seeking a Senior Manager for Western Client Service Operations in Southfield, MI. This onsite leadership role oversees 3–5 Operations Managers, owning the operating model, metrics, and escalation processes to scale with growth.

Schedule aligns with PT/west coast hours (12-8pm ET) and this role reports to executive leadership. The position emphasizes building a resilient, scalable operation with strong executive communication, process oversight, and collaboration across CS, Sales,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations experience with leadership of managers
• Proven track record owning function-level KPIs and improving them
• Strong executive communication across senior leadership and clients
• Experience in legal services, process serving, or regulated operations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or Lean/Six Sigma a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–5 Operations Managers and ensure their success
• Own the operating model, measurement, decisioning, and scalability
• Design and implement SLA, quality, cost, and retention targets across teams
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with CS, Sales, Product, and Legal
• Build resilient processes that scale with growth and regulatory changes
